Church Urban Fund

The consultancy brief was to ensure that the initiative was fully funded and effectively launched. It has now been working successfully for 10 years. The original target fund was £10 million, revised to £18 million. The amount raised is £25 million.

Pepper Pot Day Centre

We have provided consultancy support on three occasions for this small, local charity providing services for African-Caribbean elders. The first achieved a major lottery grant for new premises and staffing, the second established a fundraising regime. At present we are supporting a trust fundraising exercise.

British Society of Gastroenterology and the Digestive Disorders Foundation

We have advised on funding for a major new medical initiative: the Digestive Cancer Campaign. Four new research centres are now being established.

National Asthma Campaign

We established the trust fundraising department and worked with them, raising £984,000 during the consultancy.

St Mary's Horsham

We enabled St Mary's to raise £1 million for the restoration of this Grade I listed building.

King's College Cambridge

We carried out a valuable fundraising planning seminar for King's College Cambridge which focused on how best to combine fundraising for the fabric of the chapel and for the musical heritage of the College.

Parmiter's School

We successfully advised the School on its need for a new £800,000 sports hall, with a successful Sports Lottery bid.

Elstree School

We supported the School in its campaign to parents and trusts for a new sports hall.
